Isn't it always the simplest things that confuse us the most? Brown's quote is great... just change. I think so many people miss out on so much b/c they can't see on the other side of change.

Of course thats if your one of those people who say your going to exercise every day! Me, Im happy somewhat the way I am. I do need to get off the laptop more... But I prefer working and sleeping and then my laptop. :)
